Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data the Beauty of Image website collects, why it uses that data and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who handles the data

The data controller is Beauty of Image di Di Ranni Rosalia e Bernardo Emilia S.n.c., Corso Garibaldi 7/B – 85038 Senise (PZ), Italy – VAT no. and tax code 02227370760 – certified email beautyofimagesnc@pec.it.

What data we collect

• Contact form: the name, contact details and message you send us. We use them only to reply to you.
• Job applications: the name, contact details, role, CV and any information you include on the “Work with us” page. We use them only to assess your application; they are seen only by the owners of the centre and are kept for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Account: name, username, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, unreadable form). They allow you to access your private area.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose “Sign in or register with Google”, Google sends us only your verified email address. We do not receive your Google password and we do not read your email, your contacts or other data in your Google account. You can disconnect Google at any time from the “My account” page.
• Online purchases: payment takes place on Stripe’s secure page, which receives and handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details: we only receive the outcome of the payment and the data needed to manage the order.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time of requests and browser type, recorded by the server for the security and proper operation of the website.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies, needed to keep your session after you log in, to protect the forms and to remember your display preferences. We do not use profiling cookies or advertising tools.

Why and for how long

We process data to reply to your requests, manage your account and appointments, assess job applications and comply with legal obligations. Messages from the contact form and account data are kept for as long as they are needed for these purposes or until you ask for them to be deleted; technical data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for security.

Who receives the data

We do not sell or pass on your data. It is accessed only by Beauty of Image staff and by the technical providers who host and maintain the website, to the extent needed for their work. If you sign in with Google, Google handles the sign-in data under its own privacy policy. The buttons to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are simple links: those services receive data only if you open them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive a copy, and you can object to its processing. You can change the name and email of your account yourself on the “My account” page; to delete your account or for any other request, write to info@beautyofimage.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

The Italian version of this policy prevails in case of any difference.
